All the key rules, queries, and processes where basically identical across my working project and your register bsv.
Yours was working but mine was not
I ran the bsv you sent under build 1194 and 1199 and discovered it did not work on 1194.
I then went back into mine and re-saved all the key rules, queries and process and now it works (in 1199)

I willing to chalk this one up to some minor change I made and don't remember, but I think it was change in the build.

Thanks to Aware for anticipating my issue and not making me wait for a new build and thanks for your guidance.

Just a quick follow-up for future reference. I thought this issue was a bug (and there might still be one in there, but I will say that it is so minor that it no longer worth trying to recreate).

I published my changes from test to production and ran across the same error; I noticed that the System Setting table did not have a row, so in order for the above SystemSetting.IDtoConfirm solution to work, you need to populate the SystemSettings BO with at least one row.
