BLOMASKY Have others run into this issue? I updated my Aware, now on build 2361. I start the control panel, start the configurator, no problems. I close the configurator and try to start it again, and I get Invalid UserID / Password. Bruce

I close the configurator and try to start it again, and I get Invalid UserID / Password. Bruce Support claims there is no problem with that build, but you're the third person reporting this problem. Perhaps others wait to upgrade till support investigate into this. I remember in V6, I ran into an exact problem in one of the builds that was fixed in the next build. After install, it would not let me log in.
BLOMASKY more info. I start configurator which I left in testing mode. I can log onto my app via the browser ONCE as a user, if I then reload the browser I get the error "invalid userID or password" I then installed Aware into a NEW directory. Connected it to my SQL database and I get the SAME Error. Hummm... So it can't be a configuration issue thingy. Bruce
Jaymer I aint upgrading. Thx for the heads up, but I aint got time to mess with that until the all-clear!
aware_support Are you running a single user license? A single user license lets you only login once. THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE BUILD.
BLOMASKY Vlad, Once I start the application in test, I can only go to the web site once. When I start the configurator, I only log on once, then if I close the configurator, I can not log in again. This is on my laptop. Bruce
aware_support Once again, are you using a single-user license? This license ONLY ALLOWS ONE LOGIN. I have briefly tested the latest build just in case. I can login as many times as I like.
aware_support It WAS a single user license. Once again confirmed: THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE BUILD.
BLOMASKY Silly me. I had not used it on my Lappy in a long time and it was only a single user license. I just have to remember to LOG OUT when I am done with the browser and not just reload. bruce
