With new builds do I have to update my client machine also

I have Aware running on a windows server. I do my development on a remote machine (following the instructions in the installation guide on running configuration tool on a separate machine.

When a new build is released, do I have to update both the windows server and my client machines? Or is all the work done on the server.

There's [so far] two directories with Eclipse stuff in them: ConfigTool & CP
I still haven't FOR SURE figured out where the "runtime" jar is...
The ConfigTool JAR is 4meg, and the startup Control Panel is only 200k, so where is the code thats executed by web clients?
