Hi,
Today we've had a problem with the Aware service (running on Windows server).
First we saw a few lines like this in the logging:
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:30:46 | com.bas.basserver.executionengine.ExecutionException: Operation error.
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:30:46 | at com.bas.basserver.executionengine.rliproc.F.resume(Unknown Source)
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:30:46 | at com.bas.basserver.executionengine.ExecutionEngine.A(Unknown Source)
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:30:46 | at com.bas.basserver.executionengine.ExecutionEngine.handleServiceReplyNotification(Unknown Source)
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:30:46 | at com.bas.basserver.bsmanager.F.A(Unknown Source)
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:30:46 | at com.bas.basserver.bsmanager.F.A(Unknown Source)
and later on:
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:31:03 | java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:31:07 | Exception in thread "ActiveMQ Transport Server: tcp://localhost:61616" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
and
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:31:07 | Out of memory error encountered in the source QS
and then it died:
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:31:19 | java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/10/06 07:31:21 | Server daemon died!
Is this caused because the server had not enough memory?
Or is the memory allocated in the Aware configuration (512MB) not enough perhaps??
Other causes??
Tia
