Height of Grid cannot applied between v8 with v7

I'm still try v8.
Currently I want to design my form like the below

I have set the height of grid on old configuration tool (version 7.1) like the below

When I open it in version 8, the size of height is blank

I have test set the size of height on version 8 first and then export the BSV into version 7, but the size of height is still blank.

Is it bugs?

This seems to work fine for us in version 8.0.

Please send the BSV for testing if you are sure it's a bug

Yes, it works when we design it and run in version 8.0

But it didn't work when I export the BSV from version 8 (Build 2358-) and run it in version 7.1
