Return from Webservice

I am exposing a REST service in an Aware app...

I return multiple instance of a BO called EMIR
The attributes of that are…

AbsenteeismCode TEXT
AbsenteeismHour NUMBER
Date DATE
EmployeeID TEXT
EmployeeName TEXT
NormalHour NUMBER
NormalShift TEXT
OvertimeShift TEXT
OvertimeHour NUMBER

I would have expected the call to return values (even if blank) for ALL of these attributes but I seem to only be getting some of them…

For example….notice in the output of what is returned below… I only get 5 of the attributes.
No NormalHour, NormalShift, OvertimeShift or OvertimeHour

Just wondering if I am missing something obvious?

Are the fields you are missing blank?

There is a setting on what to do when a field is blank, I do not remember off hand, but the default might be do not return it.

Bob is right. There are some nice options that Aware offers. Look up the docs carefully.

I could understand that if indeed any of the missing data was blank.... but it is not.
All of the fields contain data.

Have you checked Access Levels for those BOs?

Have solved the missing data issue.

A process was calculating the data based on other system info and wiping out my test data.
So that is all good.

Last thing is to work out NOT output a particular field... like EmployeeName
I have added

Attribute Name = EmployeeName
Encoding Option = Do not encode

To the REST Service Settings but it still displays. :-/
