Office365 with IMAP Bug

We are linking IMAP with 365 and Microsoft exchange server, It deleted the email when AwareIM check the email.
So AwareIm downloads the email and deletes the email.

1) "We shut down the AwareIM and Logged in the Thunder bird and email didnt get deleted, thunder bird was setup same as AwareIM prototcol"
2) "Microsoft outlook, checked the mail and email didn't get deleted, outlook setup was 365 protocol"
3) "After we check with thunderbird and microsoft outlook, then we enabled the AwareIM, AwareIM checked the email and deletes it"

Any body come with such issue and fixed or we are the first one come across

This is a problem I face too. AwareIM steals the email from the sever and effectively deletes it so that no other mail client can get a copy too. If there are read emails on the server then AwareIM won't even bother to download them. If there are 100,000 unread emails on the server when AwareIM connects to it for the first time then it will download them all and you have no control over it.

For me these issues or lack of control make incoming email unusable in my use case. I sincerely hope that support will consider improvements in this area in the next release. I have put a request in here:
