Direct Output of a Process to a Specific Panel in a VP

I have a LAYOUT with three panels. Two side by side (call then Panel A & B) and the third across the bottom (Call it C)

Depending on actions in Panels A & B I want to display different content in C

From the actions in Panels A & B I can call a Process which will put together the different types of content for the output.

In the I need to be able to...

IF Condition1 Then
VIEW BO1 Using Presentation1 -------> Output to Panel C

IF Condition2 Then
DISPLAY 'SomeQuery' -------> Output to Panel C

IF Condition3 Then
VIEW BOx Using PresentationX -------> Output to Panel C

I can get all of these to fire and display the output in a Form BUT I cannot work out how to get Aware to display the output in Panel C of the LAYOUT.

What I need is something like getPanelId('Frame','Tab','Panel) that is possible in conjunction with an AwareApp call BUT from a Process.

Any suggestions would be very much welcomed.

How about using auto refresh that kicks off based on the process running?

Have the processes set a flag on the LIRU

Select a process in the Use process to refresh for the panel to check the LIRU flag and show the required output

I tried using a process in the refresh of the Panel Sean but cannot seem to get it to output into the panel.

If you will ALWAYS open these particular items (query, form, presentation) in Panel C, this may work for you ...

In the Init Script of each item (query, form, presentation) to be opened:

Find Panel C using getPanelID
Clear any existing content in Panel C
Append the markup of the item to Panel C

var panelId = AwareApp.getPanelId('Frame','Tab','PanelC')
$("#" + panelId ).text("").append(markup)

Sean was kind enough to provide me a little time today to assist me in identifying my level of unconscious incompetence.

Now have it working albeit using my original method employing AwareApp and getPanelId from a html menu.

All good.
