SUM on Query for Yes/No Attribute

Hello,

Is there a way to SUM/Count the number of records that are set to Yes.
I have a BO with several Yes/No Attributes and I need to SUM these attributes in the query.
I thought of adding a number attribute for each Yes/No and add a rule that sets the field to 1 when the Yes/No attribute is set to Yes.
In the query, I would display the number attributes and show a check mark icon if it is 1 this way I could SUM the field to get a total for how many records are set to Yes.

Any other ideas?

Can you use a Where clause in the summary section for a column in a query?

I would have expected it to work Roger but just check that you are not tripping up on the Yes / No pothole

WHERE Attribute = 'Yes' ok
WHERE Attribute = 'No' OK
WHERE Attribute <> 'No' intending to get all the Yes ..... Could be Null
WHERE Attribute <> 'Yes' intending to get all the No ..... Could be Null

have been tripped up many times.

Also, if added to a BO later then they are all neither 'Yes' or 'No' but are Null until you actually set them

Yes, I notice <>'Yes' and <>'No' don't work as expected.
I resolved the issue by not using yes and no type but just a number and having a rule update it to 1 when the sold field has a value added to it. Then I display an icon check mark In the sold column and sum that Works good.
