FR: global search of visibility / applicability conditions

It would be a HUGE help to be able to do a global search of visibility conditions and/or applicability conditions.

I know, I was hoping by V7, when we went to Kendo UI, this whole section of visibility/Applicability would improve on:

1) Search
2) better editor
3) Aware test utility doesn't pickup if attributes are changed in BO and these two mini editors still using old attributes.

It would be great to improve in this for V8.1

Theres a ton of really good requests that people make and go to the effort of providing a huge amount of justification and examples but then they just disappear down the list of general comment and questions, lost the the murky depths of the discussion board.
