Display a Child object of BO's Parent object

Hi,

I have 3 objects - Adviser, Assignment and Dependent. Adviser is the Parent object of Assignment and Dependent.

I want to display the dependents on one of the forms in assignment. I managed to do this by creating a process that builds an HTML table, store it in an attribute and display the attribute on the form. However, I have to click a button to start the process.

This is my process:

FIND Assignment WHERE Assignment=ThisAssignment TAKE BEST 1 
ThisAssignment.DisplayDependant='' 
FIND Adviser WHERE Adviser IN ThisAssignment.Adviser 
ThisAssignment.DisplayDependant='<table border=1><tr><th>Name</th></tr>' 
FIND Dependent WHERE Dependent IN ThisAdviser.Dependent IN BATCHES OF 1 
ThisAssignment.DisplayDependant=ThisAssignment.DisplayDependant+'<tr><td>'+ThisDependent.FullName+'</td></tr>'

My questions are:
1) Is it possible to do this as a rule under assignment and not as a separate process? I tried it but not successful.
2) If not, how do I start the process without clicking a button? e.g. when the form is loading
3) A better way of doing this?

Weebo do I understand your question properly?

An advisor can have multiple assignments, and on the Advisor form, you would like to display all of the assignments in a list?

If so, and assuming you set up a relationship between the Advisor and Assigments (where each assignment is owned by one advisor and an advisor can have multiple assignments)

If so, you can add the relationship on the the advisor form and have it displayed as a table or list or ???. No rules required.
