With a little JS & jQuery, you can get it done. The below will NOT work exactly as is, but hopefully will get you close enough to work through it.
- Find row index and column index for the clicked cell.
- Find the data item associated with row to grab the attributes you need.
- Call the AIM process
The code below (taken from http://jsfiddle.net/OnaBai/MuDX7/) demonstrates #1 and #2.
$(grid.tbody).on("click", "td", function (e) {
var row = $(this).closest("tr");
var rowIdx = $("tr", grid.tbody).index(row);
var colIdx = $("td", row).index(this);
var item = grid.dataItem(row);
var id = item.Id;
alert("row:" + rowIdx + " col:" + colIdx + " id:" + id + "\nitem:" + JSON.stringify(item, null, 4));
});
For #3, you would add something like AwareApp.startProcess WithInit(‘MyProcess’, ’main’,’MyObject’,’At tr1=Value1@Attr2=Valu e2@…” to the above function. See page 456 of user guide.
All of this would go in the Render Script of the query.
