Connection Error

Hello,
Any Idea how to clear this error? Unable to take AwareIM out of test mode.
In the past I have restarted AwareIM and Tomcat. Now when I put the app in test mode it starts up but I see no data.
Also if I open services I do not see AwareIM or Tomcat running as a service?

Try clearing the execution context table is basdb. Then give it all a restart and see you make out.

I was able to see data after restarting AwareIM and Tomcat.
I did look at the table and there were 5 records (processes) in it. I truncated the table in MYSQL Workbench, so now I will restart Aware and see how things go. Thx.
