If you want to do it for all queries at once you should probably do it at the CSS level and override Kendo UI settings. Use browser CSS inspector to find out the class that you need to change and then override it in your CSS
If you want to do it for a particular query then you need to use Kendo UI settings for grid: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/ui/grid
The setting you need to manipulate is:
column.attributes
which contains HTML attributes of the column
The value you need to set there is { style: 'text-align: center' }
So your script needs to find a particular column in the list of columns and then set the value as above.
