Drop Down Lists with Add New

I am challenged with the Add New button on a drop down list where the source BO is new.

I am trying to create a Tenant BO and add a Contact for the Tenant. Obviously if I am creating the Tenant I won't have been able to have a user yet, but I can't find a way of making the Tenant BO save so that I can pass the details to the Contact BO.

Can anyone give me a pointer please?

I create the user account first and as part of that create process the tenant 'details' are created and assigned to the new user account. This user account is then the tenant account admin.

The tenant in my app does not have a logon account, only an admin user account.
