I think it should be FOR EACH instead of FROM for process 1
Strangely I ran the following and all of the data in company_import was moved. Upon investigation it looks like the original csv import process sets all columns that are empty to ' ' instead of 'null' when there is at least one row with a value in the column of data.
FIND Company_Import WHERE Company_Import.CompanyName IS DEFINED AND Company_Import.Telephone IS DEFINED
CREATE Company FOR EACH Company_Import NO VALIDATION

Setting the following rule did not reset the column. (Which is really for input text)
If Company_Import.Telephone=' ' Then
Company_Import.Telephone=UNDEFINED
But this did from the mysql console:
mysql> UPDATE bastestdomainaec_company_import SET Telephone = CASE Telephone WHEN '' THEN NULL ELSE Telephone END
I could not create a aim query as it needs to start with a SELECT statement. How do I reset these columns to null from AIM so I can make it part of the import process? Changing the column from mediumtext to varchar (40) DEFAULT NULL from mysql console did not work either.
Thanks
