I have a report which is an Employee Profile Report and it contains multiple Sub Reports representing various information for each Employee.
The Report for each Employee fits on a single page.

I now want to print that for a varying number of Employees to a single Report with each Employee on a separate page.

Version 7.1 DOES NOT automatically load all of the Query records into context for any Report (Version 6 did :-/ ) so it seems I need to tag the Query for multiple items and physically check the records that I want in the Report.
If I call the Report from the Operation Line then, as expected it prints the Report for that single record.

However, if I place the CREATE DOCUMENT in the Panel Operations with multiple records selected it still only prints a single record.

Can anyone suggest how I can achieve the objective please?

Wonder what would happen if you instead call a process which stores the selected instances in LoggedInRegularUser, then the process produces the report from items in the LoggedInRegularUser.

I think I do something similar, I use group printing option (BY adding a new band) when setting up the bands in a report and then set each item to print on a new page. So if you had a object with the grid of employees you would set the group printing to Object.Employees.PatientSSN or something

Example: I have a Quote object that creates a proposal layout of several pages , each page is dedicated to each quoteitem in the Quote.QuoteItem grid ...sounds similar ?

Just spent days finding a Brute Force way of doing it.

The Condition of Group Printing was the key.

As the saying goes...... If it takes you more than 20 minutes then you are most likely doing it wrong.
