Displaying Appointment BO in Layout asks for process Input

Is this an "Undocumented Feature"?

I have a menu option that runs "DISPLAY LAYOUT XXX from VP_XXX"

If I have an Appointment query, or a process that runs a "Display ApptQuery" then I get a prompt for "Process Input" and I have to select a record from the Appointment BO before it proceeds.

Can I have an Appointment Query on a Layout?

If you have an Object defined in your process under the "Process Input" section "this process", remove it (leave it blank) it should get rid of the prompt
