Since 2 people asked me about Jasper, wondering if there is any demand for a 1 hour webinar on Jasper with the following agenda
1) Relationship between Jasper Studio and Jasper Server. Publishing Reports to Jasper Server
2) Configuring Data Adapters
3) Sub-Reports (like Aware does it) vs. embedded Tables
4) Conditional display and formatting
5) Calling JasperReport from Aware
6) Configuring Parameters and sending them to Jasper
This will NOT focus on writing SQL queries. If there is a demand for that, I could have a seperate sesson (and it would take a lot less than an hour) to make anyone an "expert" in writing SELECT statements.
And any other topics of interest that we can do in about an hour.
I am EST (GMT - 5 or it is 6 with daylight savings time, I am so confused!). I could do this anytime on Friday, or Anytime Thursday until 2PM EST (or DST, whatever).
Is there any interest? If so, let me know what times / dates work for you. I know we are all spread over this planet, and I have no problems doing this late at night (my time) as long as you don't mind my slurring some words after the martini!)
