I have the Gantt working as per the demo where it is run from the tab in the main vp.

I am trying to activate the Gantt from Jobs BO > Gantt BO > GanttTask, a button, and cannot work out how to run the query and pass the Gantt.ID to the GanttTask

Is the gantt restricted to the location as per the demo. Can it be executed from a process or similar?

Not sure I understand the question. Gantt is a presentation option for a query. All you have to do is define a query for a Gantt task and run it. If you need to pass some parameters to the query, use the Context as usual.

I am having trouble getting this to work.

I have a group of tasks as children of BO Gantt and I would like to be able to select the chart button to open a new tab which will show the Gantt chart etc.

When I add in a where clause at runtime with '17' for GanttTask.Gantt.ID the chart filters the correct tasks.

I am having trouble understanding how to pass the context to the query (presentation). How would I do this?
