Yes, as if it was a "Native" app as far as Apple and Google are concerned. When our Aware app gets packaged, it gets packaged into a "Native" shell for each OS, so the user downloads and installs it just like a Native app. They don't even know it's running in browser.
the Kendo UI library that Aware uses and plus Aware's fast AJAX, it makes the app running on Mobile just like it was running from local phone. But gives you the huge advantage that data is always centralized.
But be very careful when you deal images with mobile and bandwidth. Design your app in a way to get an image when you need to.
When saving image to DB, be sure to store images with different sizes so you won't send a huge image to show as a thumbnail. This will kill your app.
