BenHayat Support, at 3:00 of the video, you mentioned we can define our own template. My question is, how do we create and then retrieve such templates that were created by us? Thanks!
RentProperty I also noticed that. 🙂 Would be Very handy indeed. Please advise how to do this so that our options show up in the dropdown.
pureist why not just save them as Notepad text files in a folder? takes no time to access if the folder is on the Desktop.
RentProperty Yup, I have no problem doing that. Just thought.. If it is possible to save it within the system then I might as well do that. 🙂 If not then I'll just save them in Notepad as I have been doing.

aware_support Look at the AwareIM/Presentation/templates directory. All existing files are there. The format of the file is quite obvious if you look at one of the existing ones. Put your template there and restart Aware IM.
