Have searched the forum but cannot find anything.
Hoping someone can provide a tip on how to do a Grouped report in HTML
I know and have done LIST_TABLE_START / LIST_TABLE_END() report where the START and END are in the first and last table cell respectively. No problem there.
But if I have a nested table of the form

<table>
</table>
<table>
I imagine the inner table LIST_TABLE_START / LIST_TABLE_END() for the Group Data is ok. But where do you need to place the LIST_TABLE_END() for the Outer Table which will need to be the Group Header?
Any ideas, answers, demos would be very much appreciated.
