When a user logs in, the are a variable number of documents that I need them to see and acknowledge.

So, say there are 4 records and each shows a single html text (non editable) atttibute.

Acknowledgment is by clicking the Agree button (Save... updates flag in BO Rule)

I show the first. They click Agree and then I want to show then the next. They click Agree on that one and then I want to show them the next......n.

I have two processes.....

PROCESS 1: LoopThroughRecords

FIND Records WHERE .....
NowShowForAcknowledgement

PROCESS 2: NowShowForAcknowledgement (passes the record)

VIEW Record Using Main

It currently shows the first ok but then processing stops.

Would anyone have a suggestion how to accomplish this.

The Wizard functionality does not work here due to the being a variable number of pages to show.

Where does the form open as a result of VIEW?
Modal, Modeless, Tab, same Panel, other Panel?
Modal would obviously kill it.
Have you added a DISPLAY MESSAGE ASYNC or incrementing of a counter attribute in the process to see if the proces is indeed cycling through all the records it should?
Is that how you know it 'stops'? Or via logging?

DISPLAY MESSAGE and DISPLAY MESSAGE ASYNC will stop any loop from continue

Could you simply have a query with a line for each of the docs to be agreed to & have an operation button that appears on each line which runs a process to show the doc to be agreed to. Once that doc is agreed to, the operation for that line could disappear & perhaps show a "Complete" message for that line.
