In config tool - ability to maximize text entry windows

Is it possible to enable window maximization in text windows such as when I select "Expand" on items such as the message attribute on a notification object or when editing a rule? Since these windows are resizable, it seems that a maximize option would be possible. If so, please do.

If I remember well, something like this will be available in 7.1 (I remember from beta testing).
