Not a Number

I have a situation where I need to enter Text numbers and then check in a Rule if what was entered is actually a number or some other non number text.

I am not aware of any sort of NAN function other than AS_NUMBER(MyText) will return MyText if it cannot be converted to a number. However, that does not
seem to work for my purpose.

Does anyone know of any other way to check please?

Have done this in the 'other' tool before by checking the ascii values of each character.... does aware have a function to do that?

Use MATCHES and Regular Expressions like:

IF MATCHES(BO.Attr. '^[0-9]+$') = 'Yes' Then BO.Attr is a number

Regular Expressions, got to love them!

Not sure if this is will help but have you had a look at REGEX (Regular Expressions)? You can have an attribute of Plain Text and use REGEX to validate if they enter numbers
