Display a timestamp on a form WITHOUT the buttons on right?

I have some timestamps that are calculated (so no entry is allowed), but I need to display them on an entry form.

I don't want the default buttons on the right of the control to be displayed (since they won't do anything anyway.)

Is there an easy way to make them go away? (I can create a duplicate field in the BO, a Plain Text field and have a rule to always update that field and use that for display, but that seems like a lot of work to accomplish this. There must be an easier way. (maybe???)

Turn on "Use Native browser control".

You can also display it as HTML.

Thanks, Didn't know about the native control thingy. That works. Know I can use HTML, but it was in a cell with an attribute so that would not work without creating more columns, etc.
