I guess you are unlikely to use Derby for your go forward development and hence you will want to install your new license on either MS-SQL or MySQL.
In direct answer to your question.....
As for the Business Spaces.... no problem.
Export each Business Space to myBSname.bsv which can then just be imported into you new setup.
As far as data goes....depends how critical it is. Generally during a trial the data is only testing data anyway so I normally don't worry about it.
If it is absolutely critical and there is some reason why it cannot be regenerated or imported into you new environment then you will need to look at writing
some processes to export it in such as way to be able to import it again or directly transfer in the backend DB... which is not a straightforward exercise.
Once you have exported your BSVs and dealt with the data you will want the installation you intend to work with based on the right database you want going forward.
The license is held in the DB. Hence, if you decide to change AFTER the license has been applied then you will have to seek a new license from Awaresoft.
