This probably isn't practical, but I would love to be able to have more granularity in user timeout. It would be sweet to be able to set it by user or even by BSV.

You can already set it per BSV (in the properties of the business space version).

Also, if your users have different logon pages, then adding the following to your HTML page will make sure that each user will timeout to the logon page they came from:
