I'd like to suggest to add two features to ALL operation buttons:
1) A new "Disable" condition. When this condition results to true, the button become "Disable" and not hidden. User can see a gray button but will not fire. For example: If Customer.Active='No' is placed in this condition and user opens a Customer with Active=No, then this button will be gray.
2) A tool tip for Operation buttons. This can be very helpful to tell the user what this button does in several words.
