I’m setting up an MSFT Azure based app server and SQL Server. There isn’t an option specifically for SQL Express. Am I covered with the developer license?
The reason I’m asking …
When I start the AwareIM control panel on the Azure VM it … AIM connects to Azure SQL and creates the default BASDB as expected. I can see the database from the Azure Portal.
But then I get an error .. “Unable to create or locate the databases required. Error message returned by the database is: Could not establish connection with the data base BASDB”
It made me wonder ... Aware is blocking the connection to SQL Server due to a licensing issue?
