ROUNDING issue

Nobody likes paying too much tax right?

I have a small rounding issue where ROUND(4.456,2) results in 4.46 - and I need it to result in 4.45 (allowable under certain countries' tax laws)

Anyone know the logic of how to achieve this? 1 cent on 4000 transactions is $400

oops - $40

Multiply by 100 .. round to whole number .. then divide back by 100.

Might be an easier way, but I think this would work.

Deduct 0.005 from every amount before rounding. eg.:
ROUND(4.456-0.005,2)
