@Support;
I'd like to request to extend the DISPLAY MESSAGE with a parameter that would make it silent, meaning it does not require any button to close it to show info when Aware is running in a loop process to show user some data.
I have a complex process that goes 4 level deep with inner loops (of inner hierarchical objects). It's a time consuming process, since it requires lots of finds and creates new records. Most of these loops uses "BATCHES OF 1", which slows down the system.
What I really need is that every time the main loop starts a new object, I can show some object data in a popup display dialog that will not go away until the end of the process when process ends. This way, the user sees that some progress is happening. As of now, if the data is large, they think the system has frozen and they panic.
I tried to use DISPLAY ASYNC, but it does not work properly and does not show correct sequence.
Can we have a parameter to keep the DISPLAY MESSAGE on screen during a process? We basically need a none-modal form that stays on top and refreshes itself during process and goes away, when process ends.
Thanks!
