2161 no Scroll Bars on DISPLAY URL

BLOMASKY

There are no scroll bars with DISPLAY URL. (I assume its the same bug fix that you did for the tabs with forms too large... Can you pretty please do the same for DISPLAY URL?

Thanks

Wait! I can scroll, but the scroll bar takes up the full screen... (maybe its just chrome..)

So is there a problem or not? If there is how can we reproduce it?

OK, I figured it out, after trying a few browsers. With DISPLAY URL, it does not know how long the page is, so the scroll bar is NOT proportianal, but instead the full height. So it looks like there is no scroll bar, but you can scroll by dragging it. I can live with that.
