*FR - Page Break Element In Detail Section

Hi Support. It would be REALLY helpful to be able to add a Page Break Element in the details section of the report. Thus Anything after that element would Go onto a new Clean page with the Page & Column headers and footers.

Also, while asking...

A button to "Arrange Evenly", then options for horizontally and vertically, so you select 4 items and it will space them evenly in vertical fashion, so the spacing between each item is the same (a common feature in Powerpoint, or Adobe AI, or Gimp etc)

Please, please... The ability to center controls and space evenly should be added, this is a common feature needed when creating reports.

I take it from the previous posts I have read that the page break feature does not exist yet? So how are people forcing a page break if it is really needed? Is there a way to set a control to fill the extra space?

I have a report where it needs to start a sub-report on a new page. All I can think of for now is call a process to create each section of the report in a sperate report. Is there s way to merge two reports into one?

Any other ideas?

I was talking to Bruce this week about reports - he NEVER uses the built-in reports and uses external Jasper.
So he was surprised how many things were "missing" on our version as he Skyped me and watched my issue. He assures me, unless you need photos, that full jasper is the way to go and is less than an hours work to install & start using.
And even WITH photos, he was unsure exactly how it worked given images inside db/in FS.

Not being able to display an Aware Picture attribute when using Jasper external basically killed it for me.

I am sure there must be a way but have not found it yet.

So, I doubt aware created some proprietary method to store blob/binary/picture data.
If its a Blob mySQL object, how/why can Jasper have an issue getting to it?
What issues came up?
