Queries - v7 - edit toolbars

Hi,

In v6 I had some "Legend" (text type) in every query.

I am able to edit the text in Edit Toolbar only if exists a process/button created in that toolbar.

Cannot edit those "Legends" if no process/button is created in tollbar (Bottom panel toolbar, etc.).

This is a big problem for me and I had reported it a long time ago and nothing has been done.
Basically, if that toolbar doesn't have any action in it and only text, then you can not access it. In order to access it that toolbar and your text, first you have to create a dummy action (like refresh) and save it. Then you can see the toolbar and access your text to edit it.
Once you're finish with the text editing, then delete the refresh action and save. It's a pain and I wish support would fix it.
