Why is this not updating ALL of the Template Records

I have a rule that looks like:

IF Items.templateLengthWithMaxOver WAS CHANGED THEN
FIND Templates WHERE Templates IN Items.om_Templates

Templates.UMShortWithGrowth =ROUND(Items.templateTemporaryUMStock * Templates.suggestedPct / 100 - Templates.UMStock,0)

The problem is, that all records will now have the same value in TemplatesUMShortWithGrowth. It seems to be taking the value from the current template and using that for the calculations, instead of each rows.

Am I explaining this ok?

Have you tried:

FIND Templates WHERE Templates IN Items.om_Templates IN BATCHES OF 1
