Where is Checkbox for Query on CRM - Unsent EMail set??

OK, it MUST be my OLD eyes, but in the CRM / Queries / Unsent Email, there is a checkbox to the left of the 1st field, which allows the user to select a record, or all of them. Yes, I know this is how a PICK works, but how is that programmed into the query?

AH, found it!

Now I know what that checkbox (Applicable to multiple items) does!

BUT that brings up the next question, so if I check (select multiple) items, then call a process, can I process one record at a time. Cause I need to do the following: (I am selecting multiple quotes to send to the process)

If Quotes.sc_CustomerQuoteSummaryID IS UNDEFINED Then
INSERT Quotes IN CustomerQuoteSummary.ps_Quotes
ELSE
REMOVE Quotes from CustomerQuoteSummary.ps_Quotes

In some situations where I want to do complicated processing with certain selected items, I will first park them in a reference attribute of LoggedInSystemUser, then run the process (in your case IN BATCHES OF 1).

Tom, what do you mean by "Park them"? (Sorry haven't got my driver license yet. Still trying to pass the park test 😃 )

Oops -- just INSERT them to a reference item like LoggedInSystemUser.Prospects_MailMerge

For example, this process is used on a number of different queries where users can select one or more prospects and add them to a reference list that will be used to generate merged letters or merged emails:
INSERT Prospect IN LoggedInSystemUser.Prospects_MailMerge

In this scenario, the Selected Prospects just keep accumulating in that reference attribute until the user decides to clear his "Selected Prospects" list.

Thanks for the heads up. I was not sure how to do "batches of 1" with the procedure called, but this enlightens my very dim brain.

Darn, when I was a teenager and went "parking" it meant something so very different!!
