V7 Password bug?

My main screen has a Main Company which has a Login Name and Password. Below I have tabs for Customers and Employees.

Every time I click on 'Edit' of a Customer, Employee, or Close/Save form, it keeps popping up the password verification box. There are no rules that would change anything, and there are only 6 attributes on the form and nothing is changing. I think this is a bug in V7 (2147). This did not happen in V6. I can't think of anything that would cause this to keep popping up.

I can't find any checkboxes or anything I am missing? Looked at the viewer and when I click on Edit, there is no activity in the viewer.

Hi Markfre1,

I had users reporting this issue a little while ago in V6. It turns out that it was chrome auto fill causing the issue as it was changing the password to that of the users login credentials.

Try to use the browsers settings to turn off auto fill and see if that does the trick.

OK. Will try although I got a reply from Vladimir, that it was fixed in the latest build. I tried it last night, but it did not work so maybe its the browser. Will try that and let you know..

Downloaded 2147, but also cleared the passwords from Chome, and no auto save and this seemed to clear it up. Thanks, Mark
