Right Aligner issue

When you use Right aligner, the button is 'resting' right on the form border. Buttons are placed on 'Bottom Panel Toolbar'

i found the css culprit that is in the aware.css file.

.k-align-right {
margin-top : 10px;
}

it seems to be happening even on the menu. is it safe to overwrite the entry or create my own 'overriding style'?
