Unlike version 6.0, version 7.0 allows users to interrupt a current process with some other process or other operation. When this happens the current process is cancelled, but there is a message to the user.
So whenever you see this message it means that there is a process running and that the users interrupt this process.
Using VIEW in this particular case fixes the problem because when the VIEW action is last in a process, the process completes by the time the VIEW is executed. Using EDIT, on the other hand, leaves the process hanging and waiting for the user to submit a form.
