Date bassed calculations

Hi all,

I am new to Aware IM, and I have a lot questions about functions, scripts, how to use html and so an. At this moment I am havig troubles calculating the calls that are in my application bassed on date. I have calls that come in every day, I need to calculate how many calls a day, every day. I have tried using DAY_OF_WEEK, DAY_NUMBER_IN_WEEK, CURRENT_DATE, CURRENT_WEEK and so on. I didn't get any positive results. I have managed to calculate all the calls from the biging but that is it. I have tried expresions like this Calls.Calls_Monday=COUNT Calls WHERE(DAY_NUMBER_IN_WEEK(Calls.dateTimeOrigination)"->type timestamp"=2. Nothing had really worked so far...can anybody see where the problem is, what am I doing wrong?

You should have a look at the default CRM app. There is a Business Object called " StatisticsRecords".
I presume you have a BO ( business object) called "Calls" with s TimeStamp attribute.
Just follow the CRM app sample and create in your app a BO called StatisticsRecords.Every morning you must have have a process creating a new entry for the day.
To give you an idea your Rule in StatisticsRecords should look like something like this :
StatisticRecords.CallsToday=COUNT Calls WHERE Calls.Date=StatisticRecords.Date
