Help with HTML textarea on form

I have placed this code in an html cell on a form:

All is well except that in Firefox, the textarea seems to be a bid wider (I can see this when I inspect the element and select the textarea - see image). So the text in the textarea goes well beyond the edge before it wraps.
Is there anything I can put in the advanced area to set the width to pixels or something like that. Bottom line is that FF is rendering the text area differently and I need an alternate method to set its width.

Is there any particular reason you are using textarea?

Generally it is used as an input control but in your case you have it set to readonly. So, if it is used only to
display the text rather than edit it, why would you not just place the Attribute text in a div and then style
it however you want?

I am curious of what code you used to style the message box above the textarea also. It looks like you have a background colour
similar to that described on page 159 of the user guide. But that functionality was lost in V6 whereby you now need to explicitly
specify a width. Is that what you did or have you used some other method to completely color the background of the html cell?
