The query menu is not refreshed by auto-refresh.
A couple of benefits with this:
1) The menu allows for text. If the text contains information from atrributes belonging LoggeInSystemUser or SystemSettings Context, when the value is changed the text would auto-refresh with the new values. The new values only appear when the browser has been refreshed or application reset e.g clicking on the 'home' button.
e.g. Date Range text in query menu text: Date: 01/12/2015 - 09/12/2015
Date:<<LoggedInstemUser.Date>> - <<LoggedInstemUser.DateTo>>
Once you change the date range via process, the query menu would update the text to the new values.
2) The menu buttons to display buttons based on flags defined in LoggedInSystemUser.myFlag='Yes'.
When the process finishes and the query refreshes, the query would automatically display buttons that are flagged by the LoggedIn or SystemSettings context.
