Home Page Process?

BLOMASKY

I see on the Standard Menu there is a Home Page option. How can I call that in a process? It seems like the right way to return to the starting perspective / tab, etc.

Thanks

You can't call that in a process, but you can use DISPLAY PERSPECTIVE.

Too bad, yes I can do that, but since diff. access levels have diff. default perspectives, I would have to create rules for each access level, the the Home Page seems to be smart enough to know which to go to.

This is something that I also ran into, which some of the commands in the menu options like Logout or Home and etc. aren't available in the process actions.

I usually just put a Home button on the far left of the Top Bar for each Access Level so when their screen get crowded with Tabs etc they can
just click that and they are back to a fresh opening page.

Ditto.

Folks are kind of accustomed to that on web pages anyway.

I used to have "Home" on my toolbar, but since my app allows mutiple Tabs to be open, because users might need to look at the different data.
But I found out that some users were accidentally hitting the Home button and loose all their Tabs, so I took it out.
