As of now, ASP.Net 4.6, you would need IIS running on the server and activate ASP engine (DLL), then you can server and ASP.Net. However it won't be in your Aware app.
In a way, both ASP and Aware are both server side code (html/js) genertor, one based on JSP and the other based on ASP engine. These two code generators respond differently to the incoming HTTP request and independently generate code, which means they won't be together as part of one response (page).
You need to find out, if there is a JSP wrapper for that ASP component and then ask support to create you a plugin to use that JSP component. That will work.
