Reset admin password manually

Hi guys,

we have an instance where one of our clients has reset their admin password for their business space and forgotten it.

We can see the record and i expect there is a query that will allow updating the password.

Can anyone gimme a quick example of how to do this.

I'm guessing you would have to purchase a support ticket for this type of issue.

Are you referring to Configuration toolkit "Password" or are you talking about an "Administrator" created as "Regular user" in DB? or is it something else that I missed?
