The next Aware IM Developers International Conference is sneaking up on us and will be here before we know it.

Planning has started and this promises to be an AWESOME conference, especially as we hopefully will get a change to really get under the hood of the new Aware IM V7.

The Conference will be held in Phuket - Thailand and presents a fantastic opportunity for attendees to not only sweat it out at the conference but also take a little well
earned R&R either before or after the Conference.

The conference is a great event. I consider myself I pretty competent Aware user, and gained immense value from it last year, I know new users did too. I would strongly encourage everyone using aware to come to the conference.

Just an update on the Conference….

We are negotiating with a number of hotels to try and get the best deal and the best location and will
advise in due course.

There will be plenty of great content for ALL developers regardless of what stage you are at with you Aware learning.

For new Awarers, take it as a given there will be a lot of great content for you so don’t for one minute think it will be way over
your head.

Here are a few of the topics that I intend to cover for starters.

If you have in mind to EVER create a SaaS application…. Cloud Surfing will be an absolute MUST. It will be a full half day roll up your sleeves and get you hands dirty
Workshop. By the end of the session, you will be able to take your app and put it on the web in your sleep.

Hurdles and Humps – Revisiting Processes and Context
Cloud Surfing - Zero to Hero Deployment of your app in the Cloud. Workshop will show how to deploy you app on Amazon's AWS infrastructure
Help - Implementing a slick, maintainable and versitile Help system in Aware IM
In Sync - How to sync a Parent and Child Query
Secure your data - Implementing SSL on your server
RDS - Separating you app from your data. Implementing AWS RDS

There will be lots of other stuff especially with the release of Aware IM V7 (Kendo is so cool) and we are getting a lot of interest. I will keep you posted
as the plans develop and let everyone know as soon as we are ready with Hotel details, dates, Programme and reservations.
