Hello;

What are the proper steps and procedures, from A to Z to sign up for AWS to an up-and-running Aware applications?

1) Is there a clean guideline on what we need to do in correct sequence?
2) What options do we need to get from AWS?
3) How do we obtain static IP address and resolve it with our domain name?

It would be great for those with real AWS experience to share their knowledge as a guideline for those with zero AWS experience.
