Rules not triggered during import process

Hello,

I have an import template that imports a csv file. I have rules on the BO that is being created during import and the rules are set to run during initialization and when the form is changed.
I also have the same Rules defined in the import template. When the import process runs the rules are not getting executed....

I have an other process that added records to the same BO and when those records are created the rules excecuted.

The Rules do a simple calculation to populate 2 total fields:
The rule on the BO is set to execute when the BO is NEW or the total fields are undefined.
Total cost=qtyunit price
CreditDue=qtyunitprice-qty*cost

What am I missing?
